Tobacco use impacts everyone, regardless of race, demographics, and socioeconomic status. The Ohio Smoke Free Families Learning Collaborative seeks to engage health care providers across Ohio to participate in this initiative. To date, almost 100 organizations have implemented this project into their office practice to address tobacco cessation with their clients. The resources developed through this collaborative can be used by any health care provider or tobacco cessation staff.

If your site is interested in implementing this program, please send us a message using our Contact Us page. Find more information on the sponsoring Ohio Department of Health, project team, and the existing pilot sites below.
